Increase the XP rate

The xp rate atm is quite low, and I would like it to be increased , so leveling isn't as hard

We don't want it to be quick leveling so it should stay the same so the server won't get boring too quick.

Unfortunately Spark, many of us disagree,  would like the xp rate to be lowered, leveling is too quick and the 99's aren't very impressive. Your opinion is still appreciated, thanks.

In my opnion it's just prayer that is slow
