Fix these XP rates and skills?

The Skills that have no comment next to them mean i havent gotten around to trying them yet and will update this when i do try them.  If a skill is not on here it means i like the XP rate.

All of these are my opinions i would be greatful if you (the owner) took them into account

Runecrafting: From what ive seen your going to need talismans to find the alters till level 40 for astral at home
Construction: Probably not on this server like most
Dungeoneering: Dont know where to start if this server even has it
Herblore: Way Too Fast... Chop the XP rate down a tad please
Theiving: Dont know where to start
Crafting: Cant start... Add leather to shop at home to fix this
Slayer: Cant Start
Hunter: Cant Start
Mining:
Smithing:
Fishing:
Cooking:
Firemaking: cant start add tinderbox to the shop to fix this
Woodcutting: Way too fast also 400k per maple... way too much
Farming:
Summoning: Make the XP lamps give a bit more XP if this is the only way so far to level it up
