Suggestions / Increase the XP rate

The xp rate atm is quite low, and I would like it to be increased , so leveling isn't as hard

Whenever, I try and get on the server, all that shows it just says 1% and is stuck on that

I think you should add a highscores tab, also add tabs in the banks.

Also A youtube video would be an awesome thing because it never goes away, so you can always get players from that.
